Peanut Butter Cups

Looking for a snack you can throw in the gym bag or a cooler for the beach? Try this healthier version of a peanut butter cup, and you’ll never go for the store brought ones again!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all natural creamy peanut better (crazy Richard’s 100% peanuts is a good choice)

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled organic oats

  • 1 cup puffed rice

  • 1/3 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup

  • Dark Chocolate (Ghiradelli chocolate melts is a good choice)

  • Sea Salt

Recipe

Combine all ingredients expect for the chocolate and sea salt and scoop mixture into muffin tins. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. Throw in the fridge or the freezer for an hour to let it set. Enjoy!
