Fall Health & Wellness Retreat In The Blue Ridge Mountains

Rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit with Health Coach, Alan Murphy in a Fall wellness retreat in the colorful Blue Ridge Mountains. You’ll spend 3 nights in a cozy bed and breakfast nestled on the banks of the New River learning a healthy eating, workout and mindfulness regimen that you can take and follow at home.

Physical Activity

We’ll begin each day with a challenging yet mindful workout that will rev up the metabolism and start your day off right! This will be the perfect motivator to get you started with a workout regimen once you return home. The weekend will also feature a yoga class, hiking in nearby Grayson National Park and an optional Canoe Trip down the New River.

Learn and Explore

After a workout and breakfast at the Inn, we’ll take some time to learn more about making a healthy lifestyle a habit.  We’ll set goals and come up an action plan on how to achieve them.  We’ll learn about incorporating Mindfulness into a daily routine.  How to choose the diet for that is right for you and more.  But don’t worry…there will be plenty of time to explore nearby towns of West Jefferson, Sparta and Blowing Rock, or maybe take a leisurely drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway.  You will also get a one on one Health Coaching session and my 14 Day Guided Detox to take and do at home after the retreat.  A weekend kickstart to a new way of life!
