Rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit with Health Coach, Alan Murphy in a springtime wellness retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You’ll spend 3 nights in a quaint bed and breakfast nestled on the banks of the New River in Grassy Creek, NC.  Together we will learn a healthy eating, workout and mindfulness regimen that will get you ready for summer.
  • Daily Workouts with Coach Alan
  • Guided 14 Day Detox Program that we will start together and you will continue at home
  • Mindfulness Meditation Workshops with Tina Abraham of PurMindful
  • Group Coaching sessions with Health Coach, Alan Murphy on topics such as Choosing the Right Diet for You; Addressing Cravings and Setting and Achieving your Health & Wellness Goals
  • Healthy Breakfast each morning

While on the retreat, you’ll have plenty of free time to go hiking and see wild ponies in nearby Grayson Highlands State Park, explore the New River by canoe or take in the local culture, sights and shopping of nearby towns Boone, Sparta or West Jefferson. Close the day with a relaxing thai massage by a certified massage therapist.
