Outdoor exercise is permitted and even encouraged with the latest shelter in place initiatives. So, I’m continuing to offer exercise opportunities while being mindful of CDC guidelines.  Reach out to me if you are interested.

Outdoor Walking Groups

We will walk 1-2 miles while getting in some light strength training, low-impact cardio, agility and flexibility exercises along the way.  If you have light hand weights, please bring them.

  • Thursday mornings at 8:00am meeting in the parking lot of the Brunswick Forest Community Commons, weather permitting

  • Saturday mornings at 8am.  We pick up the intensity level a bit while walking the neighborhood with stops that include fun Bootcamp style drills along the way!

Outdoor Bootcamps

These classes will be a a little higher intensity level!  You’ll be challenged  with bootcamp drills focusing on endurance, strength, core and flexibility.  If you have a set of hand weights, bring them along with an exercise mat.

  • Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30pm in the lawn behind the Community Commons

    ***All classes will be limited in size to 10 participants.  Please adhere CDC guidelines of staying home if sick, being mindful of social distancing and  of course lots of hand washing/sanitizing.  Spots must be reserved in advance. Virtual Chair Yoga

Join Coach Alan and Reiki Healing Arts Practitioner, Yvonne Long for an afternoon of gentle rejuvenation.  Coach Alan will guide you through 30 minutes of stretching, balance and flexibility work followed by 30 minutes of guided Reiki where Yvonne will help you balance your 7 major chakras.

Virtual Training
