Berry Cleanse Smoothie

One of the Breakfast/Snack Recipes in my Summer Cleanse Program


1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
1/2 cup mixed fresh or frozen berries of your choice – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or even cherries
1/2 cucumber
1/2 cup ice but not needed if you are using frozen berries
Blend and enjoy!
