I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness.  I look at how all areas of your life are connected.  Does stress cause you to overeat or turn to ‘comfort food’?  Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?  Does an imbalanced schedule hold you back from accomplishing things you want/need to do?  As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. 

 

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins.  It is not to create a list of restricted foods nor is it to hand out a hard to follow meal plan.  I work with the concept of bio-individuality.  Together, we’ll identify your health goals and explore what food and lifestyle choices work best for you.  My goal is to help you implement lasting behavioral changes which will stick and improve all areas of your life. 

I work with my clients to get to the underlying causes of their health concerns and not just the symptoms. We look at how issues such as stress, emotional distress, physical activities, lack of “soul nourishment” etc. effect our overall wellbeing. I help my clients cultivate an awareness to improve all areas of their lives.  I support my clients to work with their body on healing itself so that they can eventually reduce the amount of medication that they may rely on.
